What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, access points, parking facilities, and the perimeter
• monitor access and verify visitor credentials
• maintain visitor and incident documentation
• respond professionally to incidents and alarms and escalate concerns as directed
• report policy violations and maintenance concerns.
