What you'll do

• Serve as an embedded recruiter for assigned business units
• source candidates through referrals, trade schools, community organizations, and other channels
• communicate with candidates throughout recruiting
• create, post, refresh, and monitor job postings
• conduct interviews and phone screens as requested
• prepare, extend, and negotiate offers
• collaborate with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist on recruiting strategy and candidate pipelines.
