What you'll do

• Evaluate work-area safety before machining
• perform routine maintenance and machine setup
• interpret technical drawings and prints
• operate conventional machine tools including lathes, shapers, planers, milling machines, grinders, saws, drilling and boring machines
• verify part dimensions with precision measuring instruments
• clean machines, workstations, and surrounding areas.

Why this role
