Senior SAP IT Engineer, Contract-to-Hire

The Senior SAP IT Engineer role is hybrid in Merrillville, IN, with onsite work Tuesday–Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday; compensation is $65–$70 per hour. The engineer supports a major SAP-enabled transformation initiative focused on Meter-to-Cash and Customer Service processes. The role delivers hands-on SAP engineering across design, configuration, development, integration, testing, security, and deployment. It coordinates with internal teams, vendors, architects, and program stakeholders to align solutions with business requirements and enterprise standards.

What you'll do

• Support SAP S/4HANA Utilities and SAP Service Cloud delivery
• contribute to SAP design, configuration, customization, and integration
• support RICEFW delivery and SAP/non-SAP integrations
• participate in testing, defect resolution, deployment, cutover, and hypercare
• support SAP security, GRC, compliance, and DevSecOps activities
• coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
