Rehabilitation Assistant / Client Service Representative

The Rehabilitation Assistant / Client Service Representative role is onsite in Chicago, IL. What you'll do

• Greet clients and pets
• answer questions about rehabilitation services and products
• schedule and confirm appointments
• maintain client and patient records
• request medical histories and diagnostics
• check in and discharge patients
• handle calls, texts, and email
• prepare charges, invoices, and estimates
• process and reconcile payments
• maintain clean client-facing areas
• assist with inventory, facility operations, and practice marketing.
