Senior Human Resources Business Partner Manager — Americas GTM and Finance

What you'll do

• Advise Sales, Marketing, and Finance on workforce models and SaaS go-to-market strategy
• lead organizational design initiatives, including spans and layers analysis and territory realignments
• diagnose capability gaps and design development interventions
• partner with Finance and Revenue Operations on territory design, headcount, compensation, and incentive planning
• support performance, quota, retention, leadership development, succession, and workforce planning
• use HR analytics and engagement data to identify trends and attrition risks
• coach leaders on team dynamics, conflict resolution, and change management.
