What you'll do
- Manage underground utility, water, and sewer projects from preconstruction through closeout
- promote safety through site visits and coordination
- develop budgets, scopes, schedules, and execution plans
- review drawings, permits, specifications, and contracts
- coordinate customers, engineers, superintendents, crews, and subcontractors
- lead preconstruction meetings
- manage subcontractor schedules
- review invoices and track costs and changes
- maintain documentation and monitor progress using project management tools.
