What you'll do

• Assist customers by phone and in person
• maintain reservation and customer-interaction records
• determine service charges and collect payments or arrange billing
• address complaints and refer unresolved issues
• complete service forms and records
• verify fuel and catering orders
• follow FAA and TSA rules
• assist with airfield management and passenger or crew transportation
• monitor aircraft arrival, parking, refueling, loading, and departure
• maintain radio contact and support dispatching and tracking.
