What you'll do

• Deliver care to skilled nursing residents

• collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff
• assess and monitor resident health
• document changes and care
• promote dignity, independence, and restorative care
• mentor LPNs and CNAs
• and uphold safety protocols.
