What you'll do

• Oversee weekend nursing operations
• guide and support LPNs and CNAs
• conduct rounds for resident safety, care quality, and compliance
• respond to changes in resident condition and coordinate interventions
• assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
• communicate with families, physicians, and on-call leadership
• maintain accurate documentation
• support staffing assignments and break coverage
• serve as the on-site clinical leader.
