• Manage concurrent civil site and land development projects for municipal, public, and private clients
• establish goals and milestones, coordinate resources, and monitor progress
• lead project teams
• manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and financials
• ensure high-quality engineering documents and compliance with internal quality and tracking procedures
• attend municipal approval meetings
• mentor junior staff.
