What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and care plans
• administer medications and treatments
• assess residents and communicate changes
• maintain clinical documentation and resident records
• supervise and support CNAs and other care team members
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary colleagues
• promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being.
