What you'll do

• Guide new-patient onboarding and consultations, present clinical recommendations and treatment plans, verify insurance coverage, and explain financial options.
• Process payments and account allocations, follow up on unscheduled treatment plans, track and report performance indicators, support administrative operations, and contribute to marketing initiatives.
