What you'll do

• Recruit and motivate qualified service technicians
• support technician skill development and manufacturer training
• ensure compliance with regulations and warranty procedures
• assign and monitor repair orders
• provide technical support
• inspect completed work and road-test vehicles
• maintain customer follow-up and handle complaints
• monitor department performance, productivity, shop safety, equipment, and inventory
• fill in for service advisor and dispatcher when needed.
