Temporary Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Manage inventory and purchasing with the manager
• communicate regularly with site managers about onsite issues
• assume on-call responsibilities for unforeseen emergencies
• coordinate contracts and oversee contractor activities
• respond to emergencies and routine work orders
• maintain site appearance by removing refuse
• perform preventive maintenance according to site requirements
• communicate courteously with residents.
