What you'll do

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and estimates for East Coast projects
• analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• develop bids reflecting regional labor, logistics, and material conditions
• interpret drywall assemblies and finish levels
• identify constructability challenges
• evaluate cost and execution risks
• support value engineering and margin discipline
• manage vendor relationships
• collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and field leadership.
