What you'll do

• Provide skill-building, supportive counseling, and behavioral health interventions within scope
• assist clients with coping, daily living, symptom management, and community supports
• participate in individualized service plans
• document services and progress
• coordinate care and referrals
• collaborate with the treatment team
• support crisis prevention and escalation
• and follow applicable Virginia and organizational requirements.
