The Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Shifts role is onsite in Satellite Beach, FL, providing care to clients. Compensation is $17–$17.50 per hour. The position supports SYNERGY HomeCare of Palm Bay's mission to deliver exceptional care and promote client independence and well-being. The aide provides personal care and daily living assistance, observes and reports changes in client condition, and works with families and healthcare professionals on personalized care plans. The role helps maintain a safe environment while supporting clients' comfort and independence.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• assist with meal preparation, medication management, and mobility
• observe and report changes in client condition to healthcare professionals
• follow infection control and safety protocols
• build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Why this role
