The teacher leads the 2-year-old classroom, creating a secure and engaging setting where children can build language, social, emotional, and early learning skills. The role supports children’s development through age-appropriate activities, consistent routines, and positive communication with families and coworkers.

What you'll do

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom
• lead age-appropriate learning activities, crafts, music, movement, and play
• support language, social, emotional, and early learning development
• follow routines for meals, diapering or potty training, naps, and transitions
• maintain a clean, organized classroom
• communicate with parents and coworkers
• follow Tennessee childcare licensing policies
• incorporate Christian values, kindness, and encouragement.
