Customer Service Representative — Home Healthcare Products

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Cleveland, OH. Compensation is $18–$23 per hour. Health Aid of Ohio provides home healthcare products and services that support mobility, home accessibility, and vehicle accessibility. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the representative coordinates scheduling, order tracking, and communication with patients, clients, and the VA. The role helps move equipment and rehabilitation orders through the process by maintaining records, coordinating deliveries and evaluations, and resolving open-order issues.

What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and return calls
• respond to inquiries
• verify required paperwork
• update website notes and contact VA purchasing agents
• order approved parts and enter purchase orders
• schedule patient deliveries and pickups
• enter and forward VA rehabilitation orders
• assist with quotes and scheduling evaluations and deliveries
• work open-order and equipment reports
• help resolve open work orders
• file completed orders securely
• complete daily status reports and general office duties.
