What you'll do

• Record and reconcile bank, deposit, credit-card, and cash activity
• review hotel, restaurant, point-of-sale, and night-audit revenue reports
• investigate discrepancies
• process bi-weekly payroll and record it in the general ledger
• support tax filings
• complete journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks
• maintain financial and audit records
• advise on cash handling, payroll documentation, approvals, and deadlines.
