What you'll do

• Oversee nursing staff and daily clinical operations in the Skilled Nursing Facility
• coordinate admissions, discharges, and care plans
• conduct daily rounds
• ensure documentation and compliance with facility policies, infection control, and regulatory requirements
• support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• address staffing needs and clinical or operational issues during assigned shifts.
