• Oversee front- and back-of-house operations, deliver guest service, resolve concerns, protect food and beverage quality, organize and supervise shifts, coach employees, forecast needs, manage inventory, maintain sanitation and safety standards, control costs and waste, promote the brand, and track operations and corrective actions.
