Housing Department Manager

What you'll do

• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate housing department activities
• assign work to housing laborers and maintenance employees
• track housing assignments and occupancy
• coordinate Quarters Management and Information System updates with IHS
• develop departmental budget submissions
• maintain compliance with laws, regulations, grant terms, and BBAHC policies
• coordinate contractors and consultants
• supervise, train, and assist with repairs and installations
• maintain records and prepare reports.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of office management and/or building maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license. Supervisory experience and an associate degree or equivalent experience are preferred.
