What you'll do

• Make 50–75 outbound calls daily
• understand prospective borrowers’ investment goals and lending needs
• explain loan products
• gather borrower, property, and financial information for prequalification
• use company sizing tools
• coordinate meetings and pipeline updates
• communicate with borrowers and internal teams
• and participate in training and feedback.
