Safety Coordinator

The Safety Coordinator role is onsite in Sterling, VA, supporting a data center project. What you'll do

• Prepare and enforce health and safety policies
• design and implement safety programs, plans, and Job Hazard Analyses
• track compliance and document findings
• identify hazards and recommend preventive measures
• lead toolbox talks, meetings, and training
• maintain an onsite presence and provide safety guidance
• verify compliance with manuals, procedures, and contract requirements
• maintain inspection and incident records
• oversee contractor and subcontractor safety
• investigate incidents and follow corrective actions
• enforce PPE standards.
