The Residential HVAC Installation Specialist role is onsite in Davidsonville, MD, with compensation of $27–$37 per hour. The specialist completes residential and light commercial HVAC replacement and installation work, helping ensure systems are installed correctly, operate properly, and meet customer and company standards. The role also includes communicating with homeowners and coordinating with installers, service technicians, helpers, and office personnel.

What you'll do

• Complete residential and light commercial HVAC replacement and installation projects
• install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related equipment
• remove existing systems
• connect refrigerant piping, drain lines, electrical components, and accessories
• modify or install ductwork when required
• start up systems and confirm operation
• identify installation problems
• follow manufacturer specifications, local codes, safety requirements, and company standards
• maintain clean jobsites and protect customer property
• communicate with homeowners
• coordinate with team members
• assist less-experienced installers when needed
• complete job documentation.
