What you'll do

• Support daily store operations, workflow, and team performance
• assist with training, scheduling, coaching, and supervision
• act as manager when needed
• serve customers and resolve concerns
• support sales initiatives and targets
• manage inventory, replenishment, receiving, and counts
• maintain merchandising standards
• assist with cash handling, registers, reporting, and reconciliation
• maintain safety, cleanliness, and company policy compliance.
