Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate fleet maintenance and reporting
• work with maintenance sites on preventive and repair needs
• assist with pre- and post-mobilization inspections
• move, stage, and organize yard equipment
• document and communicate damage or maintenance needs
• support management and dispatchers with maintenance coordination
• help drivers resolve breakdowns and equipment incidents
• ground unsafe LNG and CNG equipment and vehicles
• oversee DOT-regulated transportation assets and pressurized and cryogenic vessels
• maintain fleet reports and gap analyses
• create and maintain SOPs and preventive-maintenance work orders in Upkeep
• review maintenance priorities with management
• maintain clean, organized property and facilities.
