The role supports C&S Vending’s warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations for its vending, micro-market, and office coffee services. The assistant manager coordinates daily warehouse workflows, inventory transactions, order picking, staging, and truck loading while supervising warehouse associates. The role helps maintain accuracy, safety, productivity, and customer-focused distribution.

What you'll do

• Manage inventory transactions and warehouse transfers in the warehouse management system
• ensure orders are picked, staged, and loaded onto correct route trucks
• monitor pick lines and loading
• supervise, coach, and train 16 or more associates
• delegate work and guide performance
• identify operational challenges and implement improvements
• support safe and productive warehouse operations.
