The Parent Coach role is based from home with in-person, in-home services in Appleton, WI and nearby counties. Compensation is not specified. Anu Family Services’ Parent Coaching team supports caregivers in strengthening their relationships with children and meeting children’s emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. The coach uses a strengths-based approach and Present Moment Parenting to give caregivers practical, hands-on tools. The work supports healthier parent-child relationships and positive changes in children’s behavior; supervised hours toward professional licensure may be available.

What you'll do

• Teach caregivers how to meet children’s emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs
• use Present Moment Parenting and strengths-based coaching
• provide hands-on tools to biological, foster, adoptive, and kinship parents
• serve clients in person in their homes across identified counties.
