• Multi-specialty group that consists of FP, IM and NP/PA's.
• Full time PharmD available.
• Onsite Behavioral Health and Adult Partial Hospitalization Program.
• Many outreach specialists available.
• EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospital.
• Admit to St.
• Urgent Care - staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers.
• Physician led, professionally managed organization.
