Group Facilitator — Behavioral Health

What you'll do

• Provide counseling and support to individuals and groups
• develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• prepare progress reports and clinical documentation
• educate clients, families, and groups about behavioral health conditions and treatment
• facilitate referrals
• and conduct group therapy sessions. The posting requires relevant experience, EHR proficiency, Medicaid-billable progress-note experience, diagnostic assessment and treatment-planning experience, a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, and one of the listed licenses.
