What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop associate agents
• train on auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products
• teach prospecting, needs-based conversations, quoting, closing, and retention
• run training sessions, role-plays, and one-on-one coaching
• set goals and track activity and results
• partner with district leadership on onboarding and agent development.
