What you'll do

• Provide remote and technical support to clients
• use NinjaOne RMM to monitor systems, deploy updates, automate maintenance, and identify potential issues
• develop and analyze Power BI reports and dashboards
• troubleshoot Windows systems, desktop applications, printers, and connected devices
• manage and document help desk tickets
• assist with networking issues
• collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues.
