What you'll do

• Handle customer cancellation and retention requests by phone, email, and other approved channels
• identify reasons for cancellation
• resolve concerns with appropriate retention solutions
• explain the value of continued pest control services
• use approved offers and policies
• coordinate with Customer Service, Planning, Operations, Technicians, Billing, and Management
• document interactions, cancellation reasons, efforts, and outcomes
• complete customer follow-ups
• communicate recurring concerns to management
• meet established retention, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and documentation goals.
