Service and Parts Assistant

What you'll do

• Assist the manager with writing service work orders and communicating with customers and shop technicians
• operate a forklift as needed
• help customers select parts
• receive and organize delivered parts
• provide price quotes, receive payments, and obtain credit authorizations
• answer incoming calls and schedule customer service
• document repair and service orders.

Why this role

Monday–Friday full-time hours. High school diploma or GED required; commercial truck experience preferred. The role may require lifting materials frequently up to 50 pounds and occasionally over 80 pounds.
