What you'll do

• Own inbound flow from appointment and dock scheduling through receipt verification and put-away readiness
• lead receiving and put-away processes
• manage dock scheduling and inbound capacity
• establish and enforce vendor compliance standards
• partner with Inventory Control, Outbound, Transportation, and Process Leads to resolve discrepancies and constraints
• monitor productivity, labor utilization, quality, damage, and receiving accuracy
• develop standard work and escalation routines
• partner with training on peak planning and continuous improvement
• communicate concerns and improvement ideas
• protect company assets and promote safe operations.
