What you'll do

• Monitor assigned reports and follow up on discrepancies
• distribute communications to appropriate staff
• maintain accurate tracking systems
• receive, triage, and relay messages and incoming faxes, including physician orders and lab results
• participate in assigned quality management activities
• maintain and communicate field staff visit schedules
• assist with pre-bill audits
• assist with weekend patient scheduling and on-call coverage
• support responsive customer service.
