The Mental Health Therapist/Clinician role is onsite in Fort Myers, FL, at a centrally located campus. Compensation is not specified. The clinician supports Calusa Recovery’s adult mental-health and substance-use treatment programs at PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care. The role provides individual, family, and group therapy, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, case management, and clinical documentation. The clinician also participates in treatment-team meetings, supports families and auxiliary staff, and leads activities addressing socialization, recreation, daily living, and self-care skills.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
• lead recreational and socialization activities
• provide family referrals, advocacy, and service linkages
• participate in treatment plans, assessments, discharge plans, and referrals
• attend treatment-team meetings
• support auxiliary staff, interns, and volunteers
• assist with staff orientation
• lead daily-living and self-care activities
• follow policies and quality-care standards.
