What you'll do

• Lead safety, fleet, and regulatory compliance programs
• develop and improve policies, procedures, and training
• monitor driver qualification, hours of service, vehicle safety, and CDL compliance
• conduct inspections, audits, and compliance assessments
• oversee vehicle maintenance and fleet safety
• investigate accidents, incidents, violations, and injuries
• maintain regulatory records and reporting
• analyze safety and fleet metrics
• partner with operations, human resources, and executive leadership
• lead and develop safety personnel.
