What you'll do

• Coordinate services related to finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household management, and educational or vocational programs
• create staff schedules
• support consistent programming and team communication
• coach staff
• provide direct support including personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and daily living activities
• maintain a clean and safe home
• communicate program and care needs to supervisors.
