What you'll do

• Lead onboarding and training for enterprise customers
• serve as a customer point of contact
• resolve customer issues through support channels
• maintain CRM data
• prepare and present customer business reviews
• manage annual renewals and identify opportunities to expand product use
• collaborate with sales, product, and engineering
• document customer feedback for internal consideration and product planning.
