Directly supervise and performance manage Clinical Directors within the assigned market. Accountable for center performance objectives, P&L, growth, and culture. Ensure successful clinical operations and meeting/exceeding plan market earnings. Manage, mentor, and coach Medical Directors to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes.
