Senior Proposal Manager/Writer

The Senior Proposal Manager/Writer role is hybrid in McLean, VA, with two to four onsite days each week and increased onsite presence during peak periods or as needed. Salary is $100,000–$140,000 per year, with a possible performance-based target bonus. OCT Consulting supports Federal Government and commercial clients with management consulting and technology services. This role leads and supports proposal development and submission, coordinating contributors and shaping compliant, persuasive responses to help the company win new business.

What you'll do

• Coordinate proposal teams, priorities, milestones, and quality
• review opportunities and solicitation documents
• develop outlines and compliance matrices
• assess scope, assumptions, and risks
• write and revise technical, management, staffing, and past-performance sections
• review compliance and responsiveness
• support proposal formatting and graphics.
