What you'll do

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for assigned security personnel.
• Ensure required training and screening are complete, inspect personnel and performance, and maintain service quality and contract compliance.
• Support payroll and incident reports, assist with security surveys and post orders, respond to client requests, make emergency notifications as required, direct subordinates, and recommend personnel actions and operational improvements.
