Director of Groups

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate Support Groups
• recruit, equip, and support group leaders
• develop processes for connecting people to groups
• learn alongside current Small Groups leadership
• support Open Group leaders
• monitor participation and group health
• maintain One Church workflows and records
• generate ministry reports
• collaborate with staff and volunteers
• support group events and budget reporting.
