What you'll do

• Estimate costs for asphalt and concrete projects and repairs
• analyze customer plans and product requirements
• gather contract and billing information
• prepare cost reports, bids, and quotes
• meet with customers promptly
• manage projects from bid through closeout and billing
• schedule work with customers and subcontractors
• manage change orders
• identify sales leads
• support marketing initiatives
• monitor budgets, performance, safety, and environmental compliance.
