What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including examinations, preventive care, acute illness treatment, chronic disease management, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, diagnostic testing, patient education, referrals, and follow-up. Supervise and collaborate with assigned nurse practitioners and physician assistants
• provide consultation and escalation support, review selected charts and care practices, train and coach providers, participate in audits and quality improvement, and support clinical policies and compliance.
