The Field Service Technician, Windows and Doors role is onsite in Sauk Rapids, MN. Compensation is $25 per hour in total target compensation. The role exists to diagnose, repair, and install windows and doors while addressing warranty concerns and maintaining customer satisfaction. It contributes through advanced field repairs, water testing, technical support, coordination of multi-technician jobs, and accurate documentation of service work.

What you'll do

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and installations of windows and doors
• apply Field Service Technician 1 responsibilities including inspections, safety, inventory, vehicle operation, and customer service
• work with window and door materials and tools
• provide technical support by phone and email
• conduct and document water tests
• coordinate jobs requiring multiple technicians
• de-escalate warranty concerns
• perform specialized repairs
• travel within assigned territory daily, with overnight travel potentially required.
